In Vanilla I raided everything, just never completed it. I wasn't in a serious raiding guild.

I left <Gore> because they were afraid of ToGC
I was in <Void> just before they disbanded (Ulduar time) They were ranked #2 on the realm according to wowjutsu and wowprogress
I left <Null> because I never got put into the raids, rarely it would happen. I was the second best DK in the guild, being 500 GS off of him on in-game GS addon. After talking to the raid leader, I saw no promise. I play to raid, I left.
I was kicked from <Drawn Together> due to inactivity. Personal problems, the guild master is young, and didn't understand. I will say that it wasn't anything emotional, it was physical. I could not get on.
Why do you want to join us and what can you offer? Sell yourself to us. (This is especially important if you are undergeared)
I want a solid guild I can make my home. I want to raid, I understand if I have to sit. I don't mind if I'm mostly doing 10 mans, as long as I raid. I am a team player, I know I sound selfish, but the truth is I do what I have to to benefit the team. I know DPS matters, if I am told to do something that decreases my DPS, so be it. I take instructions well, let alone I always prepare myself for raids, reading up on fights, strategies, etc... I take the time of watching countless encounters on youtube to be a better benefit. I rarely make mistakes, there was one time where I was suppose to DG a Frost ball on Anub'Arak.. I clicked the ball, then him, and DG'd (Big ouch). I never come to a raid empty handed. I know that everyone should come prepared, if I have extra Flasks of Endless Rage, I will share. I always come with Fish Feasts as well. I would expect, of course, that won't be a problem. I can offer my time, skill, and presence. There is no doubt in my mind you will be over whelmed with what I bring to the table.
On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the worst, 10 being the best) How would you rate your ability to take, often times very harsh critisism? Do you take it and learn from it or are you a whining little bitch who will /gquit as soon as someone says anything in his general direction?
It takes constructive criticism to be a better player. I do what I have to, and theorycrafting always makes a player better. 10/10
What is your role in raids and how does a good player excel at this role to be considered strong at their class?
DPS. Make sure you are pulling your maximum DPS, at the same time, doing other things to benefit the raid. I know I can just sit and zerg a boss, but that's not how I do it. There are countless things any person may have to do. Such as on Festergut, me and another Melee get the spore. I ran to the range DPS (10 man).

---- It would be 4 pieces of Tier 10, subbing the fifth piece for more Str or Armor Pen. Depending on which piece of Tier, ofcourse. Major Glyphs:
Dark Death, the Ghoul, and Icy Touch. I'd like to throw in Unholy Blight if I could, but there isn't a 4th Major Glyph spot :<

I will check and edit my post if the guilds kept any logs. (Keep in mind I played on Sen'jin.. Only good Alliance guild in there is Premonition)
