Tell us about your PVE experience? What have you raided?
MC,BWL,Gruuls,Kara,Magtheridon,SSC,The eye,Nax 10/25,OS10/25,Saph10/25,Ulduar10/25,TOC10/25,ICC 10/25 First wing.

Friends/Family currently in HiJ(not required, just curious): Nope

Prior guilds and reasons for leaving:
Betrayal (Shadowmoon) - My primary BC raiding guild problems w/ leadership ended up breaking it up.
Conspiracy (Shadowmoon) - I joined Conspiracy shortly after WotLK launched. I left them because after clearing ulduar they where slacking on progression and people started to quit/take breaks from wow.
Refraction - I decided to transfer servers start some things new. This is my current guild but they are not progression based and really don't suit my play style.

Why do you want to join us and what can you offer?
I want to join a hard core progression guild. I'm a dedicated player I watch/do fights on the PTR ahead of time. You never have to ask me to be prepared because i will already be. I always put my guild on the top of my priority's. And I'm always learning and trying to push my class even harder. I also have experienced a lot of different content so even the new content i feel like i can fall back on some other experiences to lessen the learning curve.

On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the worst, 10 being the best) How would you rate your ability to take, often times very harsh critisism?
I would say 7 or 8 to be honest. If I died then clearly I made a mistake as a hunter and i should be criticized harshly i have no problem with that. But i don't like being placed as a scape goat when others are making mistakes then i would present my point of view not as fact but just to see if its agreeable or not. If 24 other people think i was in the wrong then i doubt I'm right in that case.

What is your role in raids and how does a good player excel at this role to be considered strong at their class?
My role as a raiding hunter is to do damage to the proper targets provide misdirects, kite, tank mobs (yay gruuls). To be considered a good raiding hunter you basicly cant tunnel vision you need to be able to do dps without thinking about your rotation then you have time to think / see about more important things... like fire.

Do you have a microphone and are you capable of talking on vent? Yes, I am also capable of talking (Extra points?)

I told this guy to app just to see what might happen. All I ran with him was VoA, but his dps for his then gear was pretty strong. As long as he doesn't suck with situational awareness he might be a good pick up.

starting with experience, you haven't complete ToGC10, you have done 0 bosses in togc25, 0 experience in ICC past saurfang.

as for gearing optimization:

364 hit, a mere 134 more than you need with a draenei in your party. There are several things you could do to drop hit that you haven't, and shows me that you don't understand proper gearing. Anyone can copy/paste a bis list from icc, and I even recognize this one from mmo-champion. It is sadly outdated as the neck you selected is inferior to the 10 man heroic sindragosa one.

Yeah I know my hit is insanely high right now just i haven't had a great selection of drops to pick from. But that really isn't excuse i felt i was under-geared anyways. Thanks for the shot.
