Reason I keep hit on my boots is when I raid I switch my chest to the Crusader's Dragonscale Breastplate to give me more arp and with the boot enchant it keeps me at
8%.

i thought the best way to get more arp was um gemming it like marks hunters do, yea?

I keep agility gems in gear because my GM requires me to go survival for our 10man group to keep replenishment up. I do have 16 cardinal ruby gems in bank for when I do go full MM and can switch gems out.
By keeping the Needle encrusted scorpion trinket on it will allow me to get to 90% penetration when it procs. I do hope to get replacement gear this week and in the future to replace gear that doesn't have arp on it to bring my rate from gear higher to get to the target 100% penetration rating.

A bit over 5k is low to my standards as well but you sometimes have to make sacrifices for the group when your GM requests to change your spec to benefit the raid. As you should know going survival will lower your dps output and what's wrong with wanting best in slot gear for your character. The itemization should prove that I want to be one of the best hunter's out there and another reason I am applying to your guild. If wanting to be the best isn't what you are looking for then maybe I'm applying to the wrong guild.
